    Rooted is an 11-week small group experience designed to help you build relationships, explore faith, and understand the rhythms of following Jesus. It’s a welcoming space for discussion, prayer and growth — whatever your background.

    Then join a Connect Group.

    Your Rooted group becomes your Connect Group — 6 to 16 people meeting in homes, or virtually, through the week. This is where community deepens and life is shared over the long haul.

Rooted is a catalyst for life-change through discussion in a small group environment, a safe space for biblical exploration, and practical learning experiences. The weekly readings teach you what it means to be a disciple of Jesus through Scripture, prayer, worship, generosity and service.

As a church we believe in producing disciples, and Rooted is a great starting point for understanding the rhythms of following Jesus.

Email cindy.housel@grumlaw.com to find out about the next session. The sign-up cost is $36.50, which covers your Rooted workbook, several group experiences and more. We want everyone to take part — if the fee is a burden, scholarships are available; just ask.

Groups meet all over, from Hartland to Grand Blanc, on different days and evenings. You choose your preferred day when you sign up.

Attendance matters for forming community. If you expect to miss more than two of the eleven meetings, please reach out before registering — we may suggest taking Rooted in a different season.

You choose your own. Pick the time, location and group leader that work best for you.

Rooted is the on-ramp. At the end of the eleven weeks, your Rooted group becomes your Connect Group.

Your group becomes a Connect Group, where you dive into Sunday morning messages and work through Scripture together.

Rooted leaders get a front-row seat to God transforming lives. Leaders must have graduated from Rooted and agree to our leadership standards — get in touch if you are interested.
